Power is an inner state of the ability to influence reality and change the course of events; power is one of the key components of the author position: without it, intention does not pass into action; in Castaneda power is considered as the third enemy of a man of knowledge, and in Friedrich Nietzsche power is expressed by the concept of “will to power” — the fundamental striving of life toward affirmation.
